>> To share and distribute different materials on the issues.

>> To initiate a social movement.

>> To build a new communication network that will disseminate alternative means of communication in terms of contents and news flow

>> To enable participants to advocate/ campaign on grassroots issue within the development paradigm using ICT tools.
